There are four seasons in a year:
Winter is a time when woollen clothes and blankets are taken out of boxes. In this season, the air is cold and people feel the chill a great deal. People love to sit in sunshine.
In spring season trees grow fresh and new leaves, birds start chirping and flowers blooming. Spring generally arrives in the months of February and March depending on the coldness of the winter months.
In summer it is hot in almost every region of our country. Most of the schools and colleges remain closed in this season. With the increase in demand of water, scarcity of water also appears. Similarly shortage of electricity also troubles people.
Most parts of our country get rain from the months of June to September. Rains are very important for India specially for farmers because they need the water to grow their crops.
