A talk about myself (Dynamic School Essays)

I am a girl. I am eight-years old. My name is Twinkle. My name was derived from a poem ‘Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.’ I am a little star for my parents. My parents love me a lot.
My mother cooks delicious food for me. She cooks delightful vegetables made up of cheese, potatoes, grams and beans. My father brings wonderful toys and games, that are not only interesting but educative too. My father is an accountant and my mother is a housewife. I am the only child of my parents.
I live in a two room apartment in Rajouri Garden. My mother has kept the things in a very orderly way. The sofa set is kept in the drawing room, there is a trolley to take things from the kitchen and serve the guests sitting in the drawing room. The bedroom is also beautifully decorated with wall paintings.
I am a studious child. I study daily for two hours and then go to play with my friends. I am the apple of my parent’s eyes.
My mother wants me to become a good human being. She says, “My sweet little twinkle star, may you shine, throughout your life, and may you brighten up the world with your shine.’’
