Interesting fact : The back shell of the glowing cockroach resembles the famous star war characters known as Jawas.
At 2.5 cm in length, this cockroach is considered to be one of the biggest in the cockroach family. This insect has developed and evolved to mimic the toxic beetle so as to avoid predators. It dwells in rainforests around a volcano. However, not much is known about this insect as it is considered to be on the brink of extinction, especially since the last living specimen was seen 70 odd years ago.
