Charlie, a seven-year-old boy, never wanted to do his homework. One day, Charlie was lying on his bed and daydreaming. Suddenly, he saw some elves stopping by his window. One of the elves appeared in front of him and said, “Hello dear, will you please give us your homework? We want to play with it.” Charlie laughed, “Playing with homework! But how?” Charlie watched his guests, carefully. The elves made teams. They organised races to see who could complete the sums fastest. They used well-known song tunes and read the lesson according to those tunes. Charlie joined in with the singing. Charlie saw that while playing his homework got finished. He asked the elves to visit him every day. Charlie felt very happy. Now, he started completing his homework on time. The change in Charlie was so noticeable that his parents and teachers were highly amazed. His parents felt proud of him.
