Charles and Peter always gossiped about other people. Their wizard friend had often explained to them the importance of respecting others, but they never listened to him. One day, the wizard decided to teach them a lesson. The next day, when Charles and Peter were sitting in the class, the wizard started speaking on the emergency speaker, “Ding dong! Attention! Charles thinks Robert is a very ugly boy, and he would not like to be his friend.” Charles felt embarrassed! He hid his face behind a book. The speaker spoke again, “Attention! Peter is thinking that Antony Wilson is a fat and foolish guy.” Peter felt like running out of the classroom to hide. Throughout the day, the speaker revealed the innermost thoughts of charles and Peter, and their little gossips. Then the two of them went over to the speaker, crying with apology. They promised not to gossip any more about other people.
