Joseph was a wise and contented man. He bought a new house. The house had a garden full of fruit trees. Joseph’s neighbour William was a rich man. He was envious about Joseph’s contentment. He constantly tried to ruin Joseph’s mood. William found ways to fight with Joseph. He threw garbage under the gates, played loud music and threw water into Joseph’s porch. One day, when Joseph woke up, he saw a bucket full of rotten tomatoes in his porch. He knew it was William who did it. Joseph washed the bucket and filled it up with delicious apples and went to William’s house. When Joseph knocked at William’s door, William came out in a furious mood. When William saw the bucket full of apples, he felt very embarrassed. He apologised for his deeds and realised how poor he was and how rich Joseph was.
