Long ago, a king ordered his soldiers to place a boulder on a road. He wanted to test if anyone would think of removing the boulder. The king then hid behind the bushes. To his shock, he found that the ministers of his court and even the tradesmen in his country just passed by the boulder. They ignored it completely. After a while, a farmer came that way. He was carrying a load of vegetables. The moment he came across the boulder, he stopped and kept the load of vegetables aside. He tried to move the boulder. After applying a lot of effort, he finally succeeded in moving the boulder aside. When the farmer was moving ahead, he noticed a pouch lying on the spot where the boulder had been. He picked the pouch up. He found a letter from the king and 50 gold coins inside the pouch. The king, in his letter, had expressed his gratitude to the person who removed the boulder. In fact, the king had rewarded the farmer for his kind act.
