It has a prominent nose and large belly for digesting leaves. Mainly arboreal, these wonderful creatures come down from trees only while foraging for food, which consists of leaves, unripe fruit and seeds. Rapid deforestation has caused their habitat to shrink; the population of monkeys fell by almost 80%, thus pushing them closer to extinction.
