Jeannette DePalma is believed to have been murdered around 7 August, 1972 in Springfield, New Jersey. Jeannette left home to visit her friend and was missing. Six weeks later, they found her decomposed body in Springfield’s Houdaille Quarry. Several occult objects were found surrounding her body. The place where the body was found was a cliff known to locals for several decades as ‘The Devil’s Teeth’; a high amount of lead was found in the remains. Springfield, Union County, New Jersey, has a historical connection with witchcraft. The case eventually went cold as there were no leads and till today it is an unsolved homicide.
