As soon as Queen Jezreel heard about this, she was angry and wanted the prophet to be killed, or else she promised to kill herself. As soon as Elijah heard this, he set out for his journey towards Juhad. He was quite upset, as he had been doing all that was asked by God, and now he had to run for his life. He was too tired and slept when he was awakened by a voice, which woke him up to eat some food and water. Then he heard another voice which asked him to eat food or else he wouldn’t have enough energy to cover the distance. He then realized that God loved him and cared for him. The food was good enough for him to reach the Mountain of Sinai, the scared mountain, where Moses had spoken to the people of Israel.
