Horsetail Falls

Horsetail-Falls

The Horsetail Falls are seasonal waterfalls that flow in winter and early spring in Yosemite National Park, on the east side of El Capitan. In spite of two streams descending side-by-side, the Horsetail Falls are quite small. Both streams descend from a height of 470 and 480 metres. After falling from that height the water collects and descends further 150 metres on steep slabs.
