Ocean Trench is the area where the ocean floor has deep, narrow depressions. It is the deepest part of the ocean. One such deepest point is the Challenger Deep, which lies in the Mariana Trench in the Pacific Ocean. Its approximate depth is about 10,911m below the ocean’s surface.
