A farmer was a proud owner of many goats. He took good care of them. He would take his goats to the hills to graze. One day, the farmer took his goats to the hills as usual. Once there, he rested under a big tree while his goats wandered to the nearby areas looking for fresh grass. Unknown to them, a wolf was watching them. He wanted to catch one of them. The wolf saw a goat which had lost her way. He followed the goat and said, “Please help me, child! I am blind in one eye and cannot see clearly. Can you take me towards the river?” The goat had pity on him and led him towards the river. On the way, the wolf grabbed the opportunity and at once pounced on the goat. He ate her up.
