Once, a priest was gifted a cow for his services to a rich man. The priest was very happy. As the priest was taking the cow home, three thieves saw him. They wanted the cow for themselves and decided to be fool the priest. The first thief approached the priest and asked him, “Dear Washerman, where are you taking the donkey?” The priest replied, “I am a priest and this is a cow.” After some time, the second thief met him and asked, “Why are you walking with a dog?” The priest was confused but walked towards his house. A little later, the third thief asked, “Why are you taking a wild animal home with you?” The priest got scared. He thought that the cow was a devil which changed forms. He hastily left the cow on the road and ran home. The thieves laughed heartily. Then, they took the cow away.
