A monkey loved bananas so much that he ate them all through the day. But he was very greedy and never shared them with anyone. One day, he found a tree full of bananas. He had never seen so many bananas before! He was very happy. He thought about eating them all by himself. But to his surprise when he peeled open the first banana, he found nothing inside but a bunch of leaves! The monkey was shocked. Then he took another banana, but again got the same surprise. The monkey was puzzled. He had never seen such bananas before. As he was puzzling over this, he heard some giggles coming from a nearby tree. When he looked behind the tree, he found many monkeys. They told the monkey that they had played a trick on him to teach him a lesson. The monkey was ashamed of himself.
