Carrie was the youngest of four sisters. She was the apple of everyone’s eyes. But she was a disobedient child. Her mother would ask her to clean her room every day, but she would refuse to do so. Carrie’s sister, on the contrary, would listen to their mother and clean their rooms. All their rooms were sparkling clean. Her sisters would try to reason with her, “Clean your room, Carrie. A tidy room goes a long way.” But Carrie never heeded their words. One day, Carrie’s room, as usual, was littered with toys. She was playing hide-and-seek with her sisters inside the house. She ran into her room to hide. But she tripped over a toy. She fell down and bruised her knee. When she cried out in pain, her sisters came running to her. That day, Carrie learnt her lesson. She never kept her room untidy.
