Twinkle and Lily were two fairies who loved to dance. During their dance classes, they worked hard to win the magical dancing shoes. Only the best fairy won a pair every year. Once, Twinkle’s friend Diamond said, “Twinkle, you are the best! You should win those dancing shoes. Don’t let Lily win them!” From that day onwards, Twinkle wanted to win at any cost. One day, during their dance class, the teacher praised Lily for her wonderful dance. As soon as Twinkle heard this, she felt angry and jealous. Without thinking, Twinkle used her magic to pull the carpet on which Lily stood. Unfortunately, Lily fell down and sprained her ankle. She could not dance. Seeing Lily in pain, Twinkle was ashamed of herself. She went to the Healer Fairy and requested her to heal Twinkle. The Healer Fairy agreed. In an instant, Lily’s ankle was healed. Twinkle apologised to Lily and was never selfish again.
