The Dwarves and the Flower Fairies

Caleb and his father were dwarves who grew and sold beautiful flowers in Winkyland. A family of flower fairies helped the dwarves farm. One morning, Caleb’s father was trying to sell flowers but no one in Winkyland bought them that day. Seeing his father unhappy, Caleb said, “Don’t be sad, father! Winkyland folks will surely buy our flowers as it is the little Prince’s christening today.” His father said, “I hope so or else the flowers will wither away by evening.” Then, the flower fairies suggested, “Caleb, make a nice garland out of lilies and roses and take them to your father.” Caleb did as the flower fairies said. Just then, a pixie came by and exclaimed, “Wow! These garlands look too good. I want one, please.” Thus, all the garlands were sold by the end of the day and more orders came for the flower garlands. The dwarves thanked the flower fairies for saving the day yet again.
