Once a man of letters visited a school master. During the course of conversation, he found the master to be well versed in all subjects such as theosophy, grammar, poetry and more. He wondered why a school master should be so very intelligent in so many subjects.
As the man started to leave, the master invited him to his house to be his guest. The man agreed and was treated royally in the house of the master by the slave-girls. After the feast was over, the man went to sleep when he heard lots of noises in the room of his host.
The slave-girl told him that the master was on his deathbed as he was bleeding profusely. He went inside the room of the master and asked him what caused the bleeding.
The master said that he sat about thinking of the use of various body parts of a man and finally thought that the buttocks had no use. After taking a razor, he sliced them and threw them. The learned man said to himself that a mere school teacher need not really have attained so much wit and intelligence as he thought earlier.
