Long, long ago, there lived two pigs named Poho and Rohu with two friends named Jhill and Mill the ducks. They lived and played in the barn. They were given many things to eat but they didn’t like their barn which seemed to them dirty. So without saying anything they all four decided to leave the barn and went to a nearby pond which was in a dense forest. They were very happy to go to the pond where they could clean themselves. From morning to evening they enjoyed fishing and splashed water on one another. As it started getting dark they became frightened. “Let’s all walk back close together,” said Rohu, the second pig.
Suddenly, they saw a huge shadow in front of them. Everyone ran helter-skelter, thinking it was a monster. Just then, the moon came out and they realized it was their farmer. “Don’t you know that there are wild animals who could eat you up?” he said angrily. They agreed it was safer to stay in the dirty barn than be eaten by wild animals.
