A BLOOMING DILEMMA

A Blooming Dilemma

An Amranth, one day, said to a Rose, “Dear Rose, how beautiful you are! You are the delight of gods, men and temples. Your beautiful shape, colour and smell is praised by all.”
The rose then heaved a sigh and said, “O Amranth dear, my life is too short and even if I am not plucked, I wither on my own and my petals fall on the ground, whereas you seem to be living for ever. You never fade.”
The yawning Amranth is not sure even today if leading a dull long life is better than a few days of living in glory.
Moral : A small garden is better than an endless desert.
