One day, while Levi was awaiting his new Take-A-Byte laptop, the doorbell rang. It was the NBDS delivery man. Excited as he was, he opened the package on the spot, and he noticed that the screen was scratched. The delivery man explained that the screen was scratched when it was dropped from the conveyor belt. Levi suddenly knew that the man would be fired.
