Abraham and his son reached the place where they were supposed to offer the burnt offerings. His son eagerly asked him where the lamb was that had to be offered. Abraham said,” Son, God will provide us with the lamb.” He quickly built an altar there and made the preparation for the offerings and put his son for the offerings. As soon as he took out his knife to kill his son, he heard a sound from God, who asked him not to kill the small boy. The sound said, “God is happy with you, as you could have refused the offerings.” Abraham saw a wild ram and he offered it to God. This place was named as Jehovah Jireh. The angels blessed his son to conquer the enemies and made them quite powerful.
