Josephine was a wonderful fairy. Nearly everything was good about her. She was beautiful, curious and helpful. But there was one weakness in her. She poked her nose in other people’s life. This often brought her troubles. So, the king of fairies decided to teach her a lesson. He placed a big box in the palace courtyard. “No one should open this box of troubles,” he commanded. Josephine didn’t listen to the king fairy. She was too curious to wait. Josephine opened the box. Soon, a lot of imps jumped out of the box and ran around. Josephine ran after them. The imps pulled her hair and pushed her around. She fell down and scraped her knee. Finally, Josephine said, “I am so sorry to interfere in others’ business. I will never do it again.” The king of fairies heard her and called the imps to leave her alone.
