The giant panda’s baby has turned a year old. The mother has decided to celebrate her baby’s birthday.
A huge feast is organized and her friends are called too. Soon the cake is cut and the birthday song is
sung for the birthday girl.
Now it is time to open her presents. She finds a huge book. The book’s title reads ‘The
Predators of Giant Panda’.
Next day, the baby panda asks hern mother more about the book. The mother says, “You are now about to leave your mother; you need to be told about the dangers ahead for you in the world and how to protect
yourself from them.”
Every day, the baby panda takes some time out to read the book. She reads about
humans and leopards.
Each day, she gains a lot of knowledge about her predators. Finally, one day the mother allows her
to go all alone out of the nest.
