Ludvig van Beethoven, popularly known simply as Beethoven, was born on the 17th of December 1770 in Belgium and passed away on the 26th of March 1827.

A German composer, Beethoven displayed musical talents from a very young age. His most popular compositions include 9 symphonies, 1 violin concerto, 5 piano concertos, 32 piano sonatas, an opera and his great Mass, among other compositions.
