These deadly snakes are not considered dangerous due to their docile nature, but a person bitten can die in minutes. They are very good swimmers with flattened tails and hardly come out of water. These slender snakes are yellow with green bands covering their entire length. They feed on shellfish and other fish, and give birth to their young ones under water.
