The Blue Grotto is a collection of sea caves on the south coast of Malta. The Blue Grotto is located opposite the islet of Filfla. The caves are situated in such a manner that on a daily basis until 1 pm, the sunlight reflects on the water and caves in such a manner that water is mirrored onto the caves reflecting them blue. A popular tourist destination, the caves offer a variety of activities including scuba diving, rock climbing and snorkelling.
