Resembling the friars of the order of Minor Capuchin, the monkeys are known for their intelligence and cleverness. There are two types–gracile (with rounder skulls) and robust capuchins (have hardier jaws and beards). Their enemies are many, but especially the harpy eagle which has been known to carry away several capuchins to its eyerie.
