Hatim witnessed the drama of death when he entered the strange village. He could not remove the image of rainbow dragon from his mind, so he followed it into the wilderness of the desert. He soon spotted him hidden in the rocks. To Hatim’s utter amazement, the dragon changed its form into a black serpent and entered another village. There, it sneaked into the palace and after killing the prince and the son of wazir with its venom came out and again hid behind the rocks. Soon, Hatim saw that it assumed the shape of a lion and hid behind the bushes near the river. When the young boys of the village came to drink water, he caught hold of one and tore him into pieces, while the other young boys ran back home terrorized. The lion walked regally and assumed the shape of a beautiful lady, shocking Hatim once again!
