Climate is a term which relates the weather condition of a region with the respective temperature. The Earth experiences different climates throughout the year. The topography of the Earth is very much responsible for variable climates across the planet. The climate also varies due to the interaction of sunlight with the atmosphere, along with the various landforms such as mountains, plains, seas and oceans. The major factors that affect the climate are: latitude, distance from sea, and elevation above the sea level. Some regions on the Earth are very hot, some very cool, while some moderate.
