The cooler was invented on 24 March, 1951, by the scientist named Sir Richard C. Laramy of Joliet, Illinois. The cooler starts with the help of electricity, but the cooler of ancient time had high voltage in it. In New Zealand, the cooler is also known as cool box, chilly bin, etc. After some time, the cooler has been popularized by a company named as ‘Coleman Company’. At that time, people were very crazy to buy the cooler because we can place the cooler at any corner of the house and it cools the house from the inside.
When the cooler was invented, the Coleman Company developed a new cooler of plastic liner and jugs after three years. Coolers are easily taken from one place to another. At the time of hot days the cooler is useful as it gives us coolness.
