Don’t Judge Others

Don't-Judge-Others

Alex had an aunt and a cousin who lived in New York. “Alex, your aunt and cousin Ted are coming from New York tomorrow,” said Alex’s mother, one day. “My friend, Sam said that people from New York are very rude,” said Alex. “Besides, I have never met them before, have I?” “No, you haven’t. You were just a baby when they shifted to New York. Aren’t you excited to meet them?” asked his mother. “No! I’m sure they’ll make fun of me like Sam said,” said Alex. “No, Alex. You shouldn’t judge people by what others say.” Alex was still not convinced. But to his surprise, his aunt and Ted were the nicest people he had ever met. They even brought many toys and clothes for him. Within two days, Ted and Alex became good friends. ‘Mom was right. We should be open to meet new people, without judging them,’ thought Alex when his aunt and Ted left.
