At 17 feet, estuarine crocodiles are the largest reptiles in the world. Its tail, webbed hind feet and long sturdy jaws are all well suited for aquatic life. They are apex predators having no predators of their own. Large mammals and even sharks are not spared by these crocodiles. Its hide is highly sought after.
