One day, Sheikh Chilli’s mother asked him to bring a ladder from Aunt Fatima’s house. She wanted to take out some baggage from the attic. Sheikh brought the ladder and kept it below the attic. His mother came out running and asked him, “Oh God, how did you fall, my child?” Sheikh got up slowly, climbed the ladder again, and jumped from it, falling down on the floor. “Ah! I fell like this, Mother,” he started crying again. His mother shouted, “You silly boy, why did you fall down again? Do you know you have hurt yourself badly?” To this, Sheikh responded innocently, “But Mother, you only asked me how I fell down.” “Oh Sheikh, it is impossible to reason out with you,” his mother sighed.
