In a beautiful palace, a small boy lay crying in pain. Hatim’s heart went out for the little prince. He took out his magical pearl and cured him. Mahpari offered Hatim loads of wealth, but Hatim reminded him of his promise and requested for Shahmuhra. Mahpari understood Harith’s daughter had sent Hatim for it. He said, “I cannot go back on my promise but remember possessing Shahmuhra is a responsibility and Harith’s daughter is not fit for it.” As soon as Hatim held Shahmuhra in his hand, he understood why Mahpari said so. In front of him was the clear vision of the hidden treasures around the world. With Hatim’s consent Mahpari called three of his most trusted magicians. He instructed them to bring back his Shahmuhra from Harith’s daughter once Hatim’s promise was fulfilled and she married the young merchant. Thus, after gaining another friend, Hatim once again started his adventurous journey.
