Importance of physical charms is too obvious to be denied, notwithstanding age old adagge ‘Beauty is skin deep.’ Even if adage is true, this surface statement is the one to make first impact on people around. Doesn’t matter if the first good-impression subsequently found false, and people change their opinion.

But one thing is for sure. Beauty is a positive attraction. But physical charm doesn’t mean only glowing skin and bewitching eyes. It includes your dress, your behaviour and how you interact with your environment. To an extent fair colour of skin is an accepted parameter of beauty in Indian society. Many film actresses have dark complexion, yet they are rated most beautiful. Becuase the real basis of beauty is a healthy body and ebullient mind. Hence before you have a look at your countenance, have a look at your overall health. Indeed both these are nature given asstes, yet they can be improved upon with adequate care and attention.
If one is otherwise disease free, he can improve upon his health by turning to exercise and good food. No need to go to beauty parlour or expensive health clubs for this. In fact such health establishments are only for those who have enough money for luxury.
Your television often broadcast programmes on yoga. You can switch on to them and learn as directed. It’s not necessary that you do all yogasanas, even 3-4 asanas a day can suffice for health.
Indeed these asanas wont promise you a 36-26-36 figure, but you will definitely gain in terms of health and peace of mind. Young and growing girls are more likely to benefit from them. But old and the infirm too can make use of them to remain ticking.
Yogic exercises should be done on empty stomach early in the morning. If you must do them in evening, it is best to do them before 4 p.m. Even as yoga can’t stop aging, it can definitely reduced age related physical and mental problems.
If possible, long walks in morning and evening are beneficial. Walk fast as that stimulated sweat secretion, pores of body open up and skin is cleared of blemish. You need not frequent beauty parlours for a cosmetic lift. Most of what you need for this is already there in your kitchen cabinet. In place of expensive skin cleanser and face pack, lemon, gram flour and milk skin can be used. Use raw unboiled milk on a cotton swab in place of cleansing milk.
For face pack white of egg or good sand (multani mitti) should be applied on face. While slicing tomato and cucumber in kitchen, rub a piece of it on face. Like wise juice of orange and grapes can be smeared on body parts. That brings instant glow to body skin.
Fot the shine of skin, you stomach should always be clean and healthy. Pavan Muktasan done regularly can ensure a healthy and disease free stomach. Besides this eat laxative fruits and vegetables. Increase amount of raw vegetables and salad in food.
For your needs of protein, expensive foods like egg, fish chicken are not necessary. You can do well, rather better, on a vegetarian diet. Sprouted pulses and black gram are good protein sources. Eat them without cooking with toppings of common salt, black pepper and lemon juice.
Fresh lemon water is preferable to over the counter cold beverages available in market. Vitamin C is anti aging in action. If citrus fruits like oranges and sweetlime are too expensive for you, eat tomato, myrobalan, guava, lemon and onion. Raw cauliflower improves natural glow on your face, so make it a part of your salad—always.
Some people are beautiful by face, some by behaviour. The later option is always there for you to enhance your personality. So remain cool and collected. Shouting at the peak of your voice, howling in lanes and calling out from open windows doesn’t behove on the fair sex.
Even as laughing uproriously is sign of hearty disposition, laughing hysterically in a party is not adivisable. A mere smile can convey your feelings better. Some ladies resort to cheap gimmics like telling obscence jokes, to become popular amongst men. Even if they succeed in getting their attention, they get branded as women with easy virtue.
Good facial features, well dressed up persona and smile dancing on lips, make a charismatic personality, volatile, stubborn and sweeping looks are repulsive to all. As far as possible remain away from worries. If at all there is a meterial problem, try solving it, rather than curse others for it. Anxiety cause wrinkles on face, and demits good looks.
Yet desire to look good shouldn’t make you fashion freak. It would only serve to make you funny. Wear only those clothes which match with your age, stature and body complexion. If a lady well into her forties wears midie and frocks of teenage girls, she only ends up making a fool of her. Fashion may be slightly offbeat but it should jell with public perception. Clean and glwoing skin, even if it isn’t fair, is desirable. For that home made face packs can help. Needless exposure, overly tight fitting clothes connote lack of culture. Make up should be light, scarcely visible. Natural looks, so to say, are in vague.
Even as make up of eyes is covert business, its impact on face is significant—provided the job is well done. Bleaching facial can be self administered at home. But deep spread blusher and lipsticks look ludicrous. Nothing gives better finishing touch to your personality than a dab of self confidence. It’s also important that nails of your hands and feet are crystal clear so that you interact with others without inhibition.
