You will need:
- Thin wire
- Ice cubes
- 2 pencils
Create the illusion of floating ice cubes sticking to wires without actually melting the ice cubes with heat.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take a length of the thin wire and wrap its end around the pencils, so as to give you a way to hold the wire without hurting yourself.
- Take an ice cube and gently start applying force on the ice cube with the wire, pulling both ends of the wire down on the ice.
- It will help to cut the ice quickly if you move the wire in a sawing motion.
- You could just cut through a little or apply pressure till the wire goes half way through.
RESULT
The wire goes through the ice and the ice reforms over the wire. As a result of relegation, it not only melts the ice, but also refreezes it because of the pressure applied to it.
