Leadership is such a quality, which by large is inherited by birth; however, by little sincere efforts a normal person of average qualities, can become a successful leader. Leadership here does not specifically symbolically mean political leaders, but it calls in to lead in all the spheres of life. Those who are powerful potential leaders, they have control over others while weak leaders not only drown themselves, but let sink their companies and followers too. Lack of proper leadership results in the ruining of family, house, organization, business, religion, politics and other walks of life.

Working Place v/s Leadership
In most of the offices and public places, we come across really selfish and greedy employees, and officers who have positioned themselves to those chairs. No body gets impressed by such people, so much so that even people employed under them do not like them. They expect at times a level of understanding and comradeship, but usually they get reciprocal of the same any person working under some person in hunger for respect and honour. Educated people cannot be treated take annuals, nor they can be compelled to work; rather, you can create such an environment where they work as per your desires.
If you are a head of an establishment, or a Manager in a multinational, do not count your employees, as just the numbers. Take care of them and listen to them; they shall inform you regarding their requirements, thereafter watch, that they shall leave no stone unturned to fulfil your wishes and desires. In order to gain the confidence and dedication of your colleagues and staff, it is very important for you not to ignore their difficulties and be ever ready to solve their problems.
Always keep this in mind that people do not accept those persons as their leaders who try to create hurdles in path of their colleagues and juniors under the influence of the chair/authority. Such people wait for adverse circumstances to take revenge. Such persons when surrounded by hostile environment, by close associates, look forward to their own pleasures and apparently show false concern.

- Always give due time for each and every task.

- Do not be partial at your workplace.

- Treat your employees well; take interest in their personal lives but do not overdo them.
- To stall a promotion for personal interest, is not advisable.
- Receiving of secret information from the employees should always be kept secretive. This will lead to more respect in their eyes.
- Talkative and clever employees should be told their mistakes and made to admit them. Give respect to your colleagues and juniors. Make them realize their importance to self and the organization.
- When you make a mistake, admit it.
- Create congenial environment at the workplace. Hold talks across the table. Such decisions are more effective and acceptable.
- General masses should be in favour of your decisions. Explain to them the negative aspects of the decision.
Principles of Truth
A person who leaves the tasks to attend others task first are great men or saints. Those people who accomplish then tasks and help others to achieve their objectives. Such people fall in category of bold and violent persons. And those persons who destroy others tasks to accomplish their goals, are selfish and evil and win un necessarily create problems in others jobs, create hurdles and problems, and be happy on seeing other under distress–come under which category of people–you can judge better.
