The world’s smallest jellyfish, irukandji is only 5-25 mm wide with four tentacles that are a metre long. This venomous jellyfish has stingers present in clumps around the bell and along the tentacles. It has a primitive, transparent eye on each side of the bell. It feeds on fish by stunning them with the venom.
