Jerry went to the village fair with his friends, Holly and Ben. In a tent with a sign ‘Magical Changes’, there were large mirrors. If you stood in front of a mirror, you saw yourself changed into something quite different. Ben saw that he was a sailor on a ship, sailing on stormy seas! Holly turned into a beautiful fairy fluttering over flowers in a garden! But the biggest surprise came when Jerry stood in front of a mirror. He was a prince riding a horse in front of a palace! He had many attendants and soldiers around him. He came out of the tent in a daze, feeling like a prince. “You know something, Jerry?” said Ben, “I think the mirrors give us a direction. I will become a sailor, Holly will be a landscape artist and you will become a minister, someone who leads an army!” And Jerry did become a general!
