A stunning view, the lake is filled with the view of snow-capped peaks and mountains. The picturesque hamlet was originally known as Laggan and was, in fact, a station that was part of the Canadian Pacific Railway and was built in 1890. The beautiful blue green lake with its mirror-like surface reflecting the beautiful sky and mountains that form a backdrop makes Lake Louise heaven on the Earth.
