Benjamin loved ice-cream. Whenever he went out visiting with his parents, he forced his parents to treat him to ice-cream. He used to remind his father to bring ice-cream when he came back home from office. His mother often told him not to eat too many ice-creams, but Benjamin never listened. One day, Benjamin heard the tinkle of the ice-cream truck. He raced outdoors and ran to the ice-cream seller. There were loads of ice-cream. After eating a Vanilla Cone and a Choco-bar, Benjamin ate full chocolate ice-cream fudge. He did not want to eat anything now. He was so full. ‘What a good way to spend my pocket money!’ Benjamin thought. Soon his mother said, “Benjamin, Aunt Mary has called us for tea right now. She’s making your favourite tarts.” But Benjamin was too full to eat! Now, he knew that it never pays to be greedy.
