Isabel was a little girl. She was a well-behaved girl. Her parents and teachers were very happy with her. But she had a bad habit. She was very fond of tilting her chair backwards and forwards while eating food on the dining table. Everybody used to tell her not to do it, as it could be dangerous some day. But she never listened to anyone. One day, all the members of her family sat together for dinner at the dining table. As usual, Isabel was busy rocking her chair backwards and forwards. All the dishes had been placed on the table. Suddenly, the chair lost its balance and fell over backwards, taking Isabel with it. She clutched the tablecloth while falling and all the food was spoiled. Many of the dishes were broken, and the dinner was scattered all over. Isabel cried in embarrassment, and learnt never to tilt her chair again.
