Mount Lassen is in Tehama County, California. It is an entrance to a large underground city. Near the foot of Mount Lassen is a town called Manten. A man named ‘Ralph B. Fields’ lived there, and found the entrance to the underground city with his friend Joe while he was camping near a rock outcropping. The cave entrance is in the side of the mountain, at a little over 7,000 ft above the sea level. The residents of Manten, the city at the foot of Mount Lassen, have known about this underground base for long and believe it to be an operational hub of alien visitors.
