Chandigarh is my city. It is a very modern city of new concept. The French architect, Le Corbusier had designed it.
The city is divided into sectors. I live in sector 10 which is close to the secretariat building. There is a market in every sector.
It is not a congested city. The houses and flats are well spread out in a planned way. Every house or flat faces a park at front or on back.
The children born in Chandigarh never suffer from the want of play-ground. A park is within the reach of every kid, just few steps away. The parks double up for play-grounds. That is the best thing I like about my city.
The roads are wide and clean. The traffic flows smoothly. There is greenery and a lot of breathing spaces. A very healthy my city Chandigarh is.
Sector 17 is a popular spot. For shopping sector 22 and 20 markets are the best places. My city, Chandigarh is adjudged most clean city in India.
