Once, there was a rich man. He gave up all the riches and became a holy man. Soon, he had many followers. With the passage of time, he attained great powers. One day, the holy man was on the verge of dying. One of his followers asked him, “Sir! What has been your greatest achievement in this life?” The holy man, due to the shortness of breath, uttered only two words “no thing” and passed away. But his followers were disappointed. They thought that their master had achieved nothing in life. A great sage was passing by and heard them discussing this. This sage was very knowledgeable. He said to the disciples, “By saying “no thing” your teacher meant that he could see beyond the ordinary things of life.” In this way, the great sage explained the brilliant accomplishments of the holy man.
