❑ While reading, rest your hands on the table in front.
❑ Don’t close in too near to the fine print while reading as it puts strain on eyes. It may also lead to myopia or short-sightedness.
❑ At times people are seen sitting on edge of their chair. This shifts centre of gravity more toward the lower end of vertebral column (backbone). Such posture is tiresome for body and mind, and inimical for digestive system.
