Parc Guell, a public park system, is located in Barcelona, Spain, between 1900-1914. The Parc Guell was built by Antonio Gaudi and comprises gardens and architectonic elements. With the basic structural solutions being rooted in geometry, Gaudi then applied his creativity, imagination, ornamental creations and organic styles to the construction. The Parc Guell contains the municipal garden with beautiful constructions like the mosaic salamander known as the ‘el drac’, and the Gaudi House Museum.
Amazing Fact: The Gaudi House Museum was, in fact, not designed and built by Antonio Gaudi but by another architect!
