This spider has a larger body and greater body weight in comparison to other spiders. Its body length can go up to 48 mm and legs have a length of 13-15 cm. Their habitat includes termites mounds, logs, rocks and banana plants. During the night they wander the forest in search of prey. Its diet includes tree frogs, lizards, crickets, etc.
